Maya’s 3-Piece Capsule Formula

From morning to sunset, this piece transitions like a chameleon. Throw on an oversized linen shirt, unbuttoned, with a straw belt at the waist, and slide into raffia mules—you’re ready for a seaside brunch. For midday, keep it bare with a wide-brim hat and tortoiseshell sunglasses. As the sun dips, swap the shirt for a sheer voile cover-up and add gold hoop earrings; the square neckline becomes a perfect canvas for a layered pendant necklace.

Accessories should always echo the tailoring—structured bags (a woven tote, a small leather crossbody) and minimal jewelry. I’d skip anything too fussy; the clean lines of the suit are the star. And for feet, strappy leather slides are my go-to—they elongate the leg without competing with the high cut. Keep a cashmere wrap in your tote for breezy evenings; it adds a soft contrast to the sharp silhouette.
