Maya’s 3-Piece Capsule Formula

For a day-to-sunset transition, I start with the swimsuit as a top, layered under an oversized white linen shirt, unbuttoned low and knotted at the waist. Pair it with wide-leg trousers or a flowing maxi skirt, and add a woven tote and oversized sunglasses for that effortless Amalfi vibe. As the sun sets, swap the shirt for a sheer kaftan or a lightweight cardigan, and switch your slides for strappy metallic heels—the high-cut leg means you can go shorter on the bottom without looking overdone.

Accessories are key: a delicate gold chain at the neckline draws the eye to the square cut, while a stack of bangles adds movement. I always tell my clients to keep the jewelry minimal—let the sculpted silhouette speak. For a beach-to-bar look, a slicked-back bun and a bold lip are all you need. This piece is designed to be the hero, so don’t clutter it with too many extras.
